How We Give Back

Paramount Global is committed to having a positive impact on the environment, employees, customers, and communities where we operate.

That's why we formed Paramount Global Impact. This program brings together passionate team members from all levels of Paramount to drive social responsibility and sustainability across the business. We actively seek new ways to make an impact in our communities and reduce our carbon footprint.

Paramount Global Impact has three pillars that give back in different ways: Environment, Community, and Workplace Culture. Since launching in 2023, it has grown significantly, with an active volunteer base making a real difference.
