Paramount Global 2025 Impact Report

As the year comes to an end, we are proud to share the highlights of our Paramount Global Impact 2025 initiatives. Our work this year focused on sustainability, community support, and building a positive workplace culture.
This report outlines the impact of our three pillars: Environment, Community, and Workplace Culture. Each pillar helped us create meaningful progress across the company.
Paramount Global Impact brings together team members across the organization to support social responsibility and sustainability. The program encourages ideas and actions that strengthen our communities and reduce our environmental footprint.
Since launching in 2023, Paramount Global Impact has continued to grow. Our teams remain committed to making a measurable difference in every area we serve.
Environment Impact
The Environment Team leads Paramount’s efforts to reduce our environmental footprint and support sustainable practices across the company. The team focuses on practical actions that lower waste, improve operations, and build awareness of responsible resource use. Their work encourages employees and partners to make choices that help protect the planet.
The mission of the Environment Team is to make sustainability part of everyday decisions. The team works to use less energy, cut waste, and increase the use of recyclable materials across our operations. Their goal is to guide the company toward more sustainable long-term environmental practices.
2025 Achievements

Engagement Events
The team organized events that encouraged employees to take part in simple actions that support the environment.
- Our Step Up Challenge in August reached 5,372,051 steps company-wide, resulting in the planting of 1,343 trees.
- Shred Days promoted secure paper disposal and recycling.
- We held an E-waste collection to prevent harmful materials from entering landfills.
- We encouraged Carpool Days to lower emissions while commuting to the office.
Operations
Operational improvements focused on stronger environmental performance and responsible business standards.
- Earned an Ecovadis Bronze Medal in October with a score of 70 out of 100.
- Ranked in the top 35% for sustainable operations.
Education
The team expanded sustainability education across the company and industry.
- Published 13 sustainability pieces covering topics like California’s SB54, EPR, rPET, the APR Design Guide, and sustainable materials.
- Continued the Packaging Simplified Podcast, which featured an episode on the APR Design Guide, and have a new episode on recycling industry trends in production.
Working Groups
To support long-term progress, the Environment Team broke out into four subcommittees:
- Events – employee engagement
- Education – internal and external sustainability content
- Regulation – state packaging laws and regulations
- Operations – internal sustainable improvements
By focusing on specific areas of impact, each subcommittee helps the team manage projects more effectively and support Paramount’s overall sustainability goals.

Community Impact
The Community Team leads Paramount’s efforts to give back and support the places where we live and work. Their mission is to create meaningful connections through service, outreach, and partnerships that strengthen local communities. In 2025, the team worked across locations to organize projects that encouraged employees to get involved and make a positive difference.
The team focused on building programs that were easy to join and impactful for the organizations they supported. These efforts helped employees learn more about community needs and provided opportunities to contribute both individually and as a group. Many events also supported ongoing partnerships with nonprofits and local groups, helping build long‑term relationships in the communities we serve.
2025 Achievements

Foster Love Bags
We assembled and decorated duffel bags filled with essentials and comforting items for foster children through Foster Love. These bags give the children something of their own to carry their belongings in.
Mental Health Initiatives
In recognition of Mental Health Awareness Month in May, the Community Team organized several initiatives to promote well-being. These included creating a Gratitude Wall, distributing mindfulness-themed swag, printable resources, and a puppy playtime therapy session at our US headquarters. The puppy playtime offered employees a fun and relaxing opportunity to de-stress while interacting with adorable, adoptable furry friends.
In June, we hosted a Mindfulness Workshop led by Elysia Skye, a mindfulness coach and podcast host. This was our second workshop with Elysia, and to expand on our event from last year, the theme was centered around gratitude and emotional intelligence. Held virtually, the workshop provided valuable insights and practical tools to help employees incorporate mindfulness into their daily lives more effectively.
Socktober
We made a meaningful impact on behalf of Paramount by donating $500, which results in 333 brand‑new pairs of socks, to support the annual Foster Love “Socktober” campaign. This initiative is all about giving dignity, comfort, and a sense of care to kids in foster care, because socks are the #1 requested (yet least donated) item.
Holiday Initiatives
The Community Team organized several events to celebrate the holiday season in the spirit of giving back to our community.
- Food Drive: We partnered with the city of La Mirada to collect non-perishable food items for locals in our community.
- Christmas Gift Donations: We collaborated with the Santa Fe Springs/La Mirada Department of Child and Family Services, the local Boys & Girls Club, and a local church to spread holiday cheer! We gifted over 300 toys to local children through donations this holiday season.
- Santa at Paramount Village: We sponsored a festive holiday event for our team and their families, with crafts, snacks, hot chocolate, and a special visit from Santa. Santa delighted the children by sharing stories, singing Christmas carols, and taking the time to make each child feel special. He even gave every child a book from their wishlist and posed for photos, creating special memories for everyone in attendance.

Workplace Culture Impact
The Workplace Culture Team works to create an environment where employees feel valued, supported, and connected. Their goal is to build a workplace that encourages collaboration, recognition, and a sense of belonging. In 2025, the team organized activities that brought people together, strengthened relationships, and promoted a healthy and enjoyable work experience.
This year also marked a meaningful achievement for Paramount Global. The company once again earned a place on the Los Angeles Business Journal’s list of Best Places to Work. This recognition reflects the strong culture our teams help create and the dedication employees show every day.
The Workplace Culture Team planned a mix of in‑office and out‑of‑office events that encouraged employees to participate, have fun, and learn from one another. These activities supported teamwork, boosted morale, and reinforced our shared values.
