Paramount Global Named One of LA’s Best Places to Work 2025
Paramount Global is honored to be recognized by the Los Angeles Business Journal as one of the Best Places to Work in Los Angeles. We proudly ranked #14 among medium-sized companies with 50–249 U.S. employees for 2025.
The 2025 rankings were announced at the 19th annual Best Places to Work in Los Angeles awards celebration, hosted by the Los Angeles Business Journal at the historic Biltmore Los Angeles on Thursday, August 7, 2025.
This marks our eighth recognition on the Best Places to Work list and highlights the voices of our employees and the culture we are building together. The award is based on a thorough process managed by the Los Angeles Business Journal and Workforce Research Group, an independent workplace excellence research firm.
We are honored to have earned this recognition in 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2023, 2024, and now 2025.
A Celebration of Great Workplaces in Los Angeles
The Best Places to Work in Los Angeles program recognizes employers who create outstanding workplace environments. Companies are evaluated through a two-part process: about 20% is based on benefits, policies, practices, and demographics, while 80% comes from an anonymous employee survey measuring the employee experience.
Both pieces are essential. Together, they provide a complete picture of each workplace. From there, the data is analyzed to determine which organizations truly stand out.
