Paramount Global is proud to be named one of the Best Places to Work in Los Angeles for 2026. We ranked #11 among medium-sized companies with 50 to 249 U.S. employees.
The Los Angeles Business Journal announced the rankings at the 20th annual Best Places to Work in Los Angeles awards celebration. The event took place at the historic Biltmore Los Angeles on Thursday, August 6, 2026.
This marks our ninth time earning a spot on this list. We first made the list in 2017 and have returned every year except for 2022 when we paused our participation to focus on internal restructuring. We returned the following year and have been recognized every year since.
How Companies Earn a Spot on the List

The Los Angeles Business Journal partners with Workforce Research Group, an independent workplace research firm, to run the survey. The process has two parts. About 20% of the score comes from a company’s benefits, policies, and workforce demographics. The other 80% comes from an anonymous survey that measures how employees really feel about their workplace.
That employee feedback carries the most weight. It shows our ranking reflects the honest voice of our team.
50 Years Strong and Still Growing

This year’s recognition carries extra meaning because Paramount Global is celebrating 50 years in business. Our company started small, selling packaging out of the back of a truck. Today, we serve as a trusted packaging and supply chain partner for businesses across the U.S. and the U.K. Through five decades of growth, we have held on to the values that built our company from the start.
Those values come down to four words: Respect, Integrity, Communication, and Excellence. We call it R.I.C.E., and it shapes how we lead, how we work together, and how we treat every member of our team.
A Win for Our Whole Team

Every person at Paramount Global helped earn this recognition. Their hard work and care for one another make our workplace stand out. Their feedback also helps us grow, showing us where we do well and where we can improve.
Looking ahead, we plan to keep investing in our people. We will keep listening to our team, keep improving our workplace, and keep building a culture where everyone can do their best work.
Being named a Best Place to Work is a real honor. But the true reward is building a culture where people feel respected, supported, and excited to come to work every day.
